Refund policy

Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped. To cancel, contact us at shopsortedpk@gmail.com with your order number.

Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. You will need to receive the order and, for cash-on-delivery orders, pay the amount due on delivery. You can then request a return and refund under the return conditions below.

Return window

You can request a return within 5 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused to qualify for a return and refund. Refund requests made after this 5-day window will not be accepted.

How to return an item

Contact us at shopsortedpk@gmail.com with your order number within the return window. We will provide the return address and instructions for sending your item back by courier. Please contact us before sending your return.

Refunds

For eligible returned items, we will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds are sent by online payment transfer, including for orders paid by cash on delivery. We will arrange the transfer details with you when processing your return.
